Ryan has been busy in his absence, cooking often, learning new things, in addition to school and being a kid.
One of the things that Ryan has taught me is that you are never too young or too old to follow your passion and his passion for good food healthy food is as strong as ever.
One of the things that Ryan needed to share was his Easy Kid Friendly Stromboli. For this recipe you will simply need some pizza dough, an egg, and some sandwich meat and cheese. Ryan used the non traditional swiss cheese instead of mozzarella or provolone and salami, although as he mentions the meat and cheese can be substituted for your chef’s favorites.
Ryan hopes that you will try your own Stromboli and enjoy both eating it and making it as much as he enjoys his.
With it being fall in New England it’s time for us to hit the farm and do some apple picking. One of Ryan’s favorite things to do with the apples when we bring them home is to make a quick apple sauce. Super Easy and Super Kid Friendly!
With a bit of rain outside Ryan decided it was time to make some Peanut Butter Cookies! So he was off.
And with the simplest Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe Ever!
Two cups of Bisquick
3/4 a cup of peanut butter

Roll them in sugar, fork them down flat, and bam in the oven for 6 minutes at 300F and your done. Yes I know if you watch Ryan he'll tell you 7 minutes at 370F BUT that just goes to show you how OLD and tired our oven is!
We know Ryan has been missing. He’s been busy with school, and gymnastics. And the weather has been fantastic. But he’s never far from his kitchen, and he has been missing you, his loyal fans.
Home with Conjunctivitis Ryan was feeling a bit sad since he was away from all of his friends. To brighten his spirits he made himself a great healthy snack.A frozen strawberry smoothie.
A simple recipe that as Ryan put it What Kid Cant do This?
Frozen Strawberries and some juice in a blender for a minute or so and out comes a frozen yummy treat that puts a smile on any little face. But Ryan does a much better job than I do explaining how to get it done.
So sit back and enjoy young Chef Ryan in his demonstration on putting together this super simple kid friendly frozen straberry smoothie treat.
Here we are at last. The first episode of Ryans Kitchen!I had wanted him to wait another week since hes had a bit of the sniffles this week but he wouldnt hear it.
Charging right in Ryan takes a few minutes to show us how to make a proper French Toast. Its a very easy recipe and its one of Ryans favorite things to cook.
It is also a very easy thing to cook.SO get your little ones in the kitchen and let them get their hands dirty!Youll be glad you did.
